Abstract
The author investigates the differences in the correlation dimension (D2) measured from electrocardiograms (ECG) of normal and sick subjects obtained from the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database. It is observed that there is a greater variability in the dynamics of the system underlying the ECGs recorded from pathological subjects than from normals. A particular attention to make results repeatable is paid
