Abstract :
Piezoactuators become a perspective component for micromechanics and active vibration control. The piezoactuator as a microdrive operates on the principle of the reverse piezoelectric effect. Mechanical properties of the piezoactuators are as follows: high frequency range of operation, small travel range and large applied force. This paper deals with the simulation model of the piezoactuators..
