Abstract :
Features of the design and electro-dynamic characteristics of power inverted coaxial magnetron (ICM), intended for researches of plasma and influence of microwave radiation on various subjects and the substances in gaseous, liquid and solid state, are considered. Magnetron can be used also in radars, microwave power supply systems of linear electron accelerators and as the driving exciter for feed of the microwave energy array which uses the same ICM, but constructed in modified system with application of a synchronizing signal.
