Abstract :
The traditional RF-MEMS switch is proved to have high return wave loss and low stability in signal transmission. This paper adopts CST to study S parameter characteristics of the RF-MEMS switch and design a new structure switch based on photon crystal. The experiment shows that the new structure switch has excellent transmission characteristics relative to the common structure. In the end, the switch S parameters analysis and some design rules is given.
