Abstract :
This paper first of all analyzes the actuality of the China´s college education informatization, then starting with the application of teaching resources, it proposes that the application frame for college education informatization should be layered. Next the paper offers the CITRP (Campus Information Teaching Resources Platform) design demand, construction objective, followed by the explanation of the application characteristics of CITRP and analysis of CITRP system structure as well as realization technology, therefore illuminates the management of college teaching resources informatization and the organic combination of its individuality and commonness.
