Abstract :
Automatic temperature control is the most significant aspect in tunnel microwave heating system. The temperature-control circuit module is responsible to detect the temperatures of the materials and send instructions to the execution module to adjust the temperatures to desirable data. Considerable amount of energy and time can be saved using this kind of system rather than traditional infrared heating system. This paper discourses the process of developing the automatic-temperature-control circuit module. Designed circuit module can collect the real time temperature data of the materials and thus control the power of each magnetron. Electromagnetic compatibility of the circuit module is highly concerned in the designing process.
