Abstract
In this paper the Technology of Integrated Fluidics is described which is fully realized under using of printed circuit boards technology (PCB). The width of channels may be in the range of 80 μm and 8 mm. Pumps, valves, mixers, and complex fluidic systems have been realized. The structural parameters are changeable in a wide range. The behavior of channels and elementary fluidic elements in dependence of the size of the structure is been explained.
