Abstract :
This article adopts simulation of finite element analysis combines with laboratory tests to explore the cushion performance of honeycomb board. The finite element modeling methods for honeycomb paperboard structure were studied, which were solid modeling, defining element attributes, and portioning grid method. The flat crush property of the structure was analyzed on the basis of the finite element models. The result of finite element analysis is in good coincidence with the experimental result.
