  • Abstract
The poly(aniline)(PANI) which is a conductive polymer was blended to general-purpose polymer (polystyrene PS). Then, the PANI/PS blend films of gradient distribution composing of each component under casting conditions from polymer blend NMP solutions by using self-organization based on non-equilibrium phenomena. Electric properties of the films were examined by conducting Atomic Force Micro scope. As a result, high conductivity was observed even in the film top side which consists of a little bit amount of poly (aniline). By applying this result, a novel functional polymer materials was obtained. Moreover, the plastic with nano size electric conduction fibrils wire was also fabricated in the gradient polymer blend film.
