Abstract :
Radar transmitter with microwave vacuum tube is taken as an example to evaluate test performance of radar transmitter BIT. Factors impacting radar transmitter performance, failure rate and fault criticality are concluded, and BIT test parameters are obtained based on impacting factors. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used to set up three evaluation index system of radar transmitter BIT, and indexes´ weights are calculated and their consistency is tested. Through fuzzy evaluation theory, synthesis evaluation value is calculated and evaluation is quantified. Hence an evaluation system composing of evaluation indexes and method is proposed to evaluate test performance of radar transmitter BIT, which has characters of regulation, quantification and operability.
