Abstract
The author describes how there is much activity in battery quick testing. The race is on towards commercializing a product that is accurate, easy-to-use and cost effective. With modern microelectronics, this goal is becoming a reality. The true winner of the battery quick test challenge may not be an individual or organization that gains the largest number of patents, but someone that can truly offer a product that is functional and has the right price.
