  • Abstract
    Single polymer composites refer to combining the two materials with the same chemical composition but different physical states together, and they have better interface strength and higher recycling value. Research progress on single polymer composites was introduced in detail in this paper. And the preparation mechanisms of single polymer composites were introduced. This paper gives overview of preparation methods in single polymer composite, including hot compaction of fibers, overheating of constrained fibers, hot compaction of interleaved films in fibers, impregnation processing, hot compaction of two components and hot compaction of mixing fibers. The deficiencies of various preparation methods were analyzed.
