Abstract :
RAM Strategy has recently been introduced to Oil Filed Services due to the complex nature and fast growth of this industry. The core of RAM strategy in Oil & Gas is for implementing a systematic approach to achieve optimal service levels while balancing the expense. One of the crucial steps among RAM is how to handle the inventroy management during the global drilling service operation.
