  • Abstract
Water conservation is the important service function of ecosystem. To seek the coordinated growth of the economical development and environmental protection, the delimitation of degree grading and zoning of the water conservation in different regions has become an important precondition for the development of local economy. Based on the analysis and other functions of Arcgis softwares, the data is extracted by remote sensing image and a new index system for the importance of water conservation districts and classification in Chengde regions has been established by AHP. The result of the study is as follows: the degree of water conservation in Chengde is divided into 4 classes, which are extremely important area, medium important area, slightly important area and ordinary area. Besides, corresponding suggestions on the development and construction of various regions are put forward finally.
