Abstract
The aim was to develop an analysis system of determination of twenty amino acids by ninhydrin reaction with FIA, and to find behavior of twenty amino acids in the system. The FIA adopted a dual flow path system in that water and ninhydrin solution were used as carrier liquid and reagent flow respectively, an adjuster for temperature adjusted the reaction temperature. The results showed that detection sensibility increased when temperature increased, and when flow rate decreased. When flow was 0.68mL/min at 570nm, Pro could be detected at 60t, especially. It was more conveniently and rapidly that classical ninhydrin reaction was combined with FIA to determine amino acid and protein.
