Abstract :
Design and coupling efficiency of adiabatic spot-size converter lasers is reported, with far-field as narrow as 5.4°×5.4°, with butt-coupled coupling efficiency to SMF up to 81%, with -1 dB lateral tolerance of ±2.0 μm
