Abstract :
A decoding and recognition method of humanpsilas portrait image is proposed, in which the image is stored in PDF417 2-D bar code by data compression. In view of the characteristic of gathered image by a camera, it proposes an image correction algorithm for slope based on Hough transform and revolution transform theory.
