Abstract
In this thesis, it made spleen deficiency modeling dog by subcutaneous injection of reserpine. The clinical symptom, body weight and the part indicator of liver and antioxidant function were observed. And there was a study about effect of Sijunzi Tang on the observed indexes. The results showed that the body weight in dogs, the activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum, the content of malondialdehytra(MDA) in serum were significant increased(P<;0.05) after the dog appeared spleen deficiency syndrome. But the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum was significant decreased(P<;0.05). After treating the dogs with spleen deficiency syndrome by Sijunzi Tang, the observed indexes recovered close to the blank control group level. The other spleen deficiency dogs were not treated, so that there were significant differences in observed indexes compared with the blank control group level(P<;0.05). The finding showed that Sijunzi Tang had obvious effect on treating the dogs with spleen deficiency syndrome.
