Abstract :
A CNC system which was based on embedded processors and embedded-real-time-operating system was structured. Its hardware platform which is of dual-CPU model is designed by ARM and DSP. This structure is used to control production process. FPGA module realizes systempsilas flexible manufacturing and reconfiguration. Due to the disadvantages of single task software structure this paper uses embedded real time operating system and software-layer-structure method enhance CNC systempsilas stability and task-dispatchpsilas real time. At last, feasibility of this method is certified through applications in NC machine.
