Abstract
The catalytic effect of tungstophosphoric solid acid H3PW12O40·6H2O on enzymatic hydrolysis lignin oxidation degradation was investigated in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. Judged from the spectra of FT-IR and UV, enzymatic hydrolysis lignin was degraded obviously by the solid acid catalyst. In reaction, the factors of catalytic effect were investigated on reaction time, dosage of tungstophosphoric acid and reaction temperature. The results showed the optimal condition was reaction time 90 minutes and temperature 80°C in the presence of FeSO4.
