Abstract :
This paper discusses a specific technique for frequency tone detection. Based on a modified DFT series equation, the algorithm provides to enlarge a portion of spectrum of the acquired signal. It starts from an arbitrary point and length, and then individuates the fine peak position. After the theory description, the implemented algorithm is described. Finally, the results confirm the performances of the proposed method.
