  • Abstract
This paper proposes a new framework for designing a feedback controller, called the data space approach, in which a set of the input-output time series data acquired from a linear time-invariant system is solely and directly used to design a controller, without employing any mathematical model such as a transfer function, state equation, or kernel representation
