Abstract :
This paper presents a study on randomly distributed planar antenna array elements for adaptive beamforming. A comparison between uniformly and randomly spaced antenna arrays is detailed by using the adaptive least mean square algorithm. The study is based on varying the number of elements of the random planar antenna array to obtain an optimal performance.
