Abstract :
Small-scale experimental production process of 2-(butyl-nitro amino) ethyl nitrate (BuNENA) has been studied in this thesis. The simulation calculation software of annular centrifugal extractor was established, and the software was validated and modification, making the simulation degree of software was 96.3%. When the throughput of the annular centrifugal extractor is 7.2L/h, the length and the inner diameter of drum is 40mm and 20mm. The effect of post-processing, phase-formed time, safety were compared between annular centrifugal extractor and conventional method results .The results show that the application of annular centrifugal extractor for BuNENA has a better treatment effect, higher work efficiency and security than the conventional method results, and it is available for multistage-series to achieve continuous industrial production.
