Abstract
The stability of the fundamental frequency of the Autotransformer 2 × 25 kV 50 Hz French railway is considered, compared also to that of 16.7 Hz systems, analyzed in a previous paper. Its influence on the processing of higher order harmonics is also evaluated. The stability is analyzed by means of the amplitude frequency spectrum, of the short-time Fourier transform and of the residuals of sine-wave fitting.
