Abstract :
Electroluminescence (EL) is observed in bulk polymer subjected to high electric field around a point electrode. Recently, we found that interruption of voltage application has an effect on EL intensity. When voltage was re-applied after a rest duration, EL intensity drops compared to just before voltage interruption. There is a tendency that longer voltage resting causes a larger drop in EL intensity.
