Abstract
The efficiency of different solid phase extraction (SPE) sorbents was studied for sample clean-up in the determination of bispyribac-sodium residues in rice grains. Three different SPE sorbents OASIS MAX, ProElut PXA and Supelclean ENVI-18 were used and compared. The clean-up performance was evaluated using high performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector. Oasis MAX sorbents was the most suitable for the clean-up in view of overall feasibility of analysis.
