Abstract
In present investigation, we established an on-line microorganism monitoring method based on SPR biosensor. Combined with asymmetric PCR method, we choose 370nt nucleic acid fragment contain the conserved sequence of Staphylococcus aureus for SPR detect. The detect limit was 13.7 ng/ml. The detection result can be effectually improved when the secondary structure of PCR product was broken by degeneration treatment, compared with Oligonucleotide complementary sequences, the result of PCR product is less effect at detect response and reproducibility.
