Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel current mode high Q bandpass filter with electronically tunable features based on second generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII). The configuration of the proposed circuit is simple and very attractive for monolithic circuits owing to using a few grounded passive components. The center frequency and pole-Q can be independently adjusted via DC bias currents of CCCIIs. The proposed filter is verified by SPICE simulations and the results are given in order to confirm the validity of the proposed circuits
