Abstract
Differential evolution (DE) has been proven to be an efficient and robust algorithm for many optimization problems. But it still may convergence to local optimal solutions. In this paper that proposed a perturb strategy operator in original DE to increase the exploration ability and exploitation ability. The performance of perturb strategy operator with Differential evolution (PsDE) is showed on the following performance measures: the solution quality and solution stability by applying benchmark functions. And this paper has been found that PsDE can efficiently finds the global value of these functions.
