Summary form only given, as follows.Summary form only given, as follows. The results of theoretical and experimental investigation of a new type of amplified optical bistability observed in an active interferometer with saturated, absorbing, and amplifying, mediums at excitation by an external signal are reported. The behavior of amplitude and frequency noise, including quantum noise of such non-linear optical systems was studied. The observation of effective suppression of noise at three to four orders of magnitude in the regime of amplified optical bistability was carried out for the first time. A strong amplification of input signal at 4 or 5 order and an anomalous increasing of the interferometer quality of up to 10/sup 11/-10/sup 12/ are observed at that time. The effects observed open a lot of new ways for the creation of coherent optical sources with infra lower noise level for precise measurements.
