Abstract
This paper describes a blind image steganography based on hybrid direct sequence/frequency hopping (DS/FH) technique. The system retrieves the hidden message without the need of the original image. The system promotes high payload, employs three security layers and provides good degree of resistance to removal while hiding the presence of the hidden message from the observers. Performance metrics of the system, which include payload, imperceptibility, and security strength, are analyzed in order to ensure the system reliability. Test results show that our steganographic system successfully hides and retrieves data in digital image without being detected by human visual system (HVS) and statistical analysis
