  • Abstract
    According to the chicken´s IL-7 gene sequences available in GenBank, a specific primer pairs was designed by Primer. To appraisement and sequencing, the total RNA extraction in local mucosal tissues of gastrointestinal and respiratory of chickens after administration probiotics, the products were amplification by the RT-PCR. The levels of IL-7 mRNA expression were analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. As a result, the expression of IL-7 mRNA in local mucosal tissues of gastrointestinal and respiratory of chickens after administration probiotics was increased comparing with normal tissues.
