Abstract :
The method of measurement and calculation of refractiv index, loss tangent and thickness of dielectrics on the base of Fabry-Perot resonator adapted for measurements on the resonant frequency of plate parallel layer of dielectric in MM and SubMM range of wavelength is suggested.
