Abstract :
The optimal culture conditions affecting the lignin degradation rate and selectivity coefficient of corn stover pretreated by Ceriporiopsis subvermispora were investigated in the present study. Results obtained showed that the moisture content of 70% gave the lignin degradation of 25.50%; temperature 30°C was optimal for lignin degradation and the highest lignin degradation rate and selectivity efficient obtained were 34.82% and 3.47, respectively; Lignin degradation increased within the 30-d inoculation time, and the delignification rate on the 30th day was 35.63%; Mn2+ and Cu2+ were the cofactors of MnP and Lac respectively. The highest lignin degradation rate of 40.35% was obtained with selectivity rate 4.02 when the concentration of Mn2+ is 0.8mmol/L, while highest lignin degradation rate of 39.23% was obtained at the Cu2+ concentration of 1.0 mmol/L.
