Abstract
If the method of correction of the complex reflection coefficient using air-line impedance standards is extended to arbitrary phase shifts, considerable deviations of the results from values obtained with the quarter-wave correction method may occur. The influence of various input quantities on the uncertainty of measurement has been investigated theoretically and experimentally.
