Abstract :
This paper optimizes expressway emergency traffic organization programs. Firstly, this paper analyzes partial traffic state of expressway traffic accident, and then summarizes the influence and spread laws of expressway traffic accident. Furthermore, this paper divides expressway traffic accident influential zones into protection zone, control zone and buffer. Then, the paper establishes emergency traffic organization programs for each influential zone. Finally, it uses expressway traffic accident impact predicting and controlling system (TAIPCS) based on VB and Vissim simulation software to simulate specific accident under different programs. In addition it suggests a new way to optimize expressway emergency traffic organization programs.
