Abstract
A simplified FLC is explained, which is based on distance based operators, and which is adaptive in the sense, that system parameters can be changed and adapt at the beginning of the simulation cycle. There is special considering on the left continuous operators in the approximate reasoning process. The investigated system is modeled by a first order problem, where the modification of the boundary conditions for distance based operator group leads to make wider family of applicable operators in FLC systems
