Abstract :
Objective To establish a rapid identification method for electrolyte material adulteration in raw milk, and was used for inspect raw milk. Methods Through the chromogenic reaction with specific chemical reagents, the adulterated electrolyte materials such as salt, nitrite, nitrate, sulfate, sodium thiocyanate, alkali were identified qualitatively. Results The method of inspection electrolyte material adulteration in raw milk was established. This set of method is suitable for milk station, dairy enterprises to control raw milk quality. It operates simply and has obvious phenomenon.
