Abstract :
The Mode of Grid Urban Management is proposed as a modern management mode based on the rapid construction and development of digital city. It brings forth the new challenges and opportunities to urban management. Through investigation on the application of the model in practice, it indicated that there are problems existing in popularization application, technology, management processes and other aspects. To solve these problems, a new mode is proposed. The innovation of technology method and management system is described.
