Abstract :
The issue of employee performance appraising is a highlighted and sensitive focus in human resource management practice which depends on an equity and impartiality performance assessment system. However, it is not just a linear problem with popular KPI evaluation, but a sophisticated and multidimensional system. Highlighted by this, the paper put forward a three-dimensional employee performance appraising model which focuses on the “past key performance” (PKP), the “current routine performance”(CRP) and the “future performance potential”(FPP). Simultaneously, the paper proposes a new way to synthesize the three-dimensional performance through “timing dynamics” model by considering “time-value coefficient” based on “Vertical and horizontal method“. On this basis, the reliability and rationality of the method is verified through empirical research to provide an effective reference and form to the innovation of the human resource management for enterprise.
