Abstract

This paper presents a description of a phase differential converter with repeated frequency displacement allowing in the assembly with the sample voltage divider, "current-voltage" converter and digital compensation phasemeter working at the fixed frequency. This raises considerably the phase shift measuring precision and the power factor in a wide frequency range.
