Abstract
Management is a practical and general specialized lesson. Freshmen´s reluctance in involvement in class deteriorates teaching and learning. We make survey among four classes and find what influences teaching and learning with descriptive statistical analysis, interception model and correlation analysis, and improve teaching by illuminating examples, students´involvement and making class interesting.
