Abstract :
The development of commercial mobile phone for TD-SCDMA system has been started in the communications industry. This paper analyzes the nonlinear problems in design of Zero-IF TD-SCDMA receiver. The analyses show that the lowest IIP3 is normally around -16 dBm, whilst the IIP2 can be below 36.76 dBm.
