Abstract :
A novel frequency-fixed beam- scanning microstrip leaky-wave antenna design is demonstrated. The microstrip leaky-wave antenna is fed at the end and center of the microstrip. Through a new feeding configuration with phase-shifter, the main lobe of the microstrip leaky-wave antenna can scan at a fixed frequency. When the operating frequency is 7 GHz, the main lobe can scan from 41° to 63°.
