  • Abstract
    Based on the analysis of the manufacturing informationpsilas characteristic and the information needs in factories, a system integrated framework named CEIF-vDNC that includes the functions both execution layer and control layer is put forward in the paper. The framework uses vDNC as the information switching and transforming platform between execution layer and control layer, has the functions of the both layers, can ensure the information ldquoNo barrage but under controlrdquo among factories, work floors and machines. In order to achieve the goal, the core technologies are analyzed; the needs between work floors and machines are integrated; the inner and outer environments such as plan, workers, machines and materials are considered in the paper. So, the framework can reduce the information transacting layers from the point of manufacturing system engineer, and improve the information using efficiencies. Finally, the framework is used in a factory to deal with the engineering problems, and the practice proved it working well, and it brings the factory good economic profits and social impact.
