The purpose of this study was to assess of educational needs of peasant on occupation status improvement who participated in the courses. The present research is applied research by using descriptive and correlation methods. The total population were 1334 Trained peasant province, and 211 of Trainees were selected through using Random Sampling method. the results of this study indicated that there were courses with desired job, appropriateness of Training contents with occupation needs, appropriateness of Training title with desired job, appropriateness of curriculum, use fullness of Teaching methods, place of holding the Training courses as independent variables with occupation status as dependent variable. The results of regression analysis shows that attending in different Training courses, appropriateness of Training, titles with desired occupation, appropriateness of Method teaching, location of training had positive effects on employment status.
