Abstract :
It´s given investigation results of scattering electromagnetic waves on square lattices of dielectric resonators (DR). Every DR becomes excited on their lowest resonance H101. The DR lattice scattering in certain have demonstrate in open space a property´s of medium with negative refraction index. Also indicated that in contrast to the scattering at the flat bound of continual mediums the reflected and shaded waves are exist.
