Human dispatching as a kind of new service industry is at the initial stage in China. Its service product specification is not perfect yet and with many nonstandard fields. Since then, to establish service specifications of human dispatching and promote its healthy development become an important research subject. This thesis proposes the customer satisfaction model for human dispatching on the basis of pre-existing customer satisfaction model. Then this paper does model analytical research through quantitative methods and verification of structural equation and wants to improve service specifications of Chinese human dispatching and promote its healthy development.
