Abstract :
With the rapid development of web services and the needs of requesters in sharing the resources, different access control domains have to choose different access control models whose diversity may cause that cross-domain access among different domains can not be carried out smoothly. In order to solve this problem, Cross-domain Usage Control Model (CD-UCM) in Web Services is proposed in this paper. Relying on a strong expressive of usage control model, various access control models could be changed into a unified usage control model based on trust equivalent, using a unified trust degree policy to decide whether the requester can access the services. The two kinds of access control processes of cross-domain in CD-UCM are proposed, and the trust degree is changed equivalently in case that cross-domain access control makes the authorization between domains become easier. Finally the effectiveness of this model in cross-domain decision-making is verified through a small example.
